Facial Impressions MUA is owned by Tracy Pickney. I am a self taught certified Makeup Artist based in Beaumont, Tx. Makeup Policy A $25 Retainer is required when booking appointments. Retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Payments can be made thru PayPal ,card on file, and/or CashApp $FacialImpressions. Remaining balance is due in CASH at the time of your appointment. Rescheduling: In the event you must reschedule you appointment, you may do so within 5 days of your original appointment. You have 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment to change or reschedule. Cancellations/No shows: Cancellations with less than 24 hours (before appointment) notice and no shows will incur a 100% charge of the total service cost. Late: Appointments are considered late after 15 minutes, at that time 100% of the charge will incur and the appointment will be cancelled. You will need to book another time and pay a deposit for the new appointment. Location: Location will be sent on receipt of retainer fee via email/text. Travel is available for weddings. Working hours are 9am - 5pm Tuesday thru Saturday. Any appointments made outside of working hours will be charged $15 extra. Please note: Makeup Artist has the right to take before and after photos to use for promotional use on social media pages and website. Please refrain from bringing children or extra guests. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/No shows: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. Appointments not confirmed at least 1 hour prior to your appointment time will be cancelled with no refund.
